Elsie Pells, one of the sixty-six experts around the globe holding the title Cape Wine Master, worked with the House of Wine to create a spectacular evening for the clients of Commerzbank in Obecni Dum in Prague. The evening was dedicated to the tasting of wines presented by the House of Wine along with an explanation of the wine`s origins. The Head Chef of Obecni Dum prepared each course paired with a particular wine and guests were guided through the characteristics of the wines and the food that made the paring so unique. The menu included such gourmet dishes as Filet Mignon with mushrooms and potato pan cakes served with Kaapyicht Stayler Vision 2005. Cape Wine Master, Elsie Pells, and the House of Wine have created an unforgettable experience in the very heart of Europe, Prague.
